Manchester City: 115 charges or 130?
Both numbers have appeared in reporting. “115 charges” became the established public label, while later reporting described the technical count as 130 after confusion over how the original rule breaches were enumerated.
Why does FootballCharges.com still use “115”?
It is the phrase people actually use to identify and search for the case. Removing it would make the site less useful. But it is displayed as a public/search label, not represented internally as 115 legally numbered Commission charges.
What structure is authoritative for the 2026 findings?
The published Core Decision organises its findings as Charges 1–4, with sub-charges 1(A)–1(D) and 4(A)–4(D). That is the structure used when this site explains what the Commission actually found.
Why does this distinction matter?
Otherwise a site can produce a convincing-looking “Charge 1 to Charge 115” list that is not actually supported by the published decision. FootballCharges.com keeps the media breakdown, original referral and Commission findings as separate datasets.
